Registration Fees

The payment is possible by one of the following methods:
- credit, debit or prepaid card of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
- electronic wallet MASTERPASS

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key

Cancellation policy/Deadline

Deadline for fees payment:
- Early conference fee: July 30, 2018.
- Regular conference fee: August 30, 2018

Cancellation policy:
-Request for cancellation up to September 5 inclusive: refund 75% of paid amount
- Request for cancellation during October 1 – October 14: refund 50% of paid amount
- Fees are not refundable after October 15, 2018
- Refund payment will be settled after the conference (during a month)
